How I love this show, Frank. That opening theme music is like coming home to me. I love the writing, the characters, the sets, the time period–literally everything about this show.
Chris and I haven't watched last night's episode yet (it's on our DVR, waiting to be viewed), but I look forward to nesting this evening and letting it take over me.
By the way, there are a couple of great companion books out about the series. One is "The Chronicles of Downton Abbey," and the other is "Behind the Scenes at Downton Abbey." If you love the show, you'll love the insights these books provide into the series.
