A Charlie Brown Christmas tradition.  I have watched many of the Charlie Brown Holiday programs for years, along with Rudolph, and frosty.  One of my favorite Christmas movies is the original Miracle on 34th Street, followed by It's a Wonderful Life.  I also have enjoyed the Santa Claus movies with Tim Allen. IT'S VETERANS DAY

The 11th day of the 11th month at the 11th hour, was supposed to the end of the war to end all wars.  Well so much for that!  So this day is set aside to honor all who have and do serve our country in the military.  I thank you for your service in protecting the freedoms we have and share.

As a child, on this day my father, who was a navy Veteran of WWI and I always put the flag out front of our house.  It was a tradition I have continued.  Though in an apartment its a garden flag.
